How to create some memories on your team this week

Have you ever played Gartic Phone? It’s a free browser based game for 4 to 50 players! Think: telephone with a twist.

Today, I’m just here to put you on to something fun…

Have you ever played Gartic Phone?

It’s a free browser based game for 4 to 50 players! Think: telephone with a twist. Everyone writes a sentence and then others try to draw it, followed by everyone else guessing what the sentence was. Then, that’s the new sentence for drawing, and so on.. The results are pretty hilarious, for artists and non-artists alike.

It takes about 20 minutes for a round or two with a small team, and you can run it today with no prior experience. A perfect game for in between sprints, shift into the weekend, or after a launch to just wind down and connect.

  1. Open it up,
  2. Share the link,
  3. Set the number of players,
  4. Then just hit start and let the game take the wheel!

There’s a bunch of presets for different modes of the game that you can try, too, but start with the “Normal” preset.

I’ve run this with teams and without fail, someone’s drawing turns into an inside joke for weeks! Who would’ve thought such a silly game could help make positive memories and connection?

Me! It’s me lol. To create connection, you need chances to have positive experiences together, frequently. The more games you play, the more connected your team will feel.

Please PLEASE send me a drawing if you play this!

Good luck, have fun!

P.S. Never hesitate to ask me a question about a game! I'm always happy to help. <3
