Who is Lissy?
I live in a secluded cabin in the mountains, close to a waterfall, with my pet prarie dog, platypus, and rock. I wish! Actually, I live in Lansing, Michigan. It's just as magical for me and my pup, Eevee. My experience in UX strategy, game design, and facilitation help me reach better ways of working for even greater results.
I've been playing since about as far back as I can remember; imaginative play, video games, role-playing--the list goes on! Throughout my career, I've naturally drifted towards finding ways to make work fun using workshops, games, and my playful perspective. This, I found, was the secret to nurturing psychologically safe, engaged, and connected teams in rooms full of strangers or in a department.
